Give Back & Get Paid Workshop

Session Description: You already know that you want a job or career where you can make a positive impact on the world, possibly even make change. Give Back & Get Paid takes you through the beginning steps of envisioning how to enjoy earning money by focusing on the dreams and nightmares people have when it comes to working. Can you actually earn money while doing something you love?

Learning objectives:

Upon completion of this workshop participants will be able to:

• Identify and share personal strengths and characteristics, as well as correlate how these qualities might impact one’s career paths (Story of Self/Personal Narrative)

• Determine possible job or career pathways and how those roles can meaningfully contribute to the world (Purpose/Meaningful contribution)

• Connect with others who share similar career interests in order to better understand different employment paths (Attachment & Connectedness)
